Trivia Takeover 4.0: Curse Of Champions was the twenty-second Max Wrestling Podcast special, and fourth under the Trivia Takeover chronology, it was also the 224th episode of Max Wrestling Podcast. The event was hosted by Dazzy Dangerously and featured regular Mike Larkin, plus special guests, The Phoenix and Emir Costello, along with special appearances by Robert Davis and The Walker.

This event hosted the final of the King Of The Mic tournament between Robert Davis and Mike Larkin. Originally to determine the challenger for the Promo Championship at PromoSlam 4, but as circumstances changed, both men were announced as challengers for PromoSlam 4, and the final became purely for the title of "King of the Mic."

The Knowledge Championship was also defended in the classic format of a variety of rounds. Champion Mike Larkin volunteered to defend his title against longtime rival The Phoenix one last time with special stipulations.

The episode will aired on June 29th, 2019 on Facebook, YouTube, Soundcloud, PodOmatic, Castbox and Apple Music, drawing 2,407. It was the first new special on the Four Corner Network. The Countdown aired on June 24th and drew 199 views.
