The Max Wrestling World Championship was introduced on the 300th episode of the Max Wrestling Podcast as a surprise from Mike Larkin, Travis Anderson, Moses Marquez and Emir Costello - whom presented it to "The Captain" Dazzy Dangerously.

Meant as the top tier title in Max Wrestling, the title is similar to the Promo Championship, except it is decided by the World Title Committee of the Four Max Horsemen, Dazzy, Mike, Travis and Moses - unless one of them is Champion, in which case Emir takes their place on the committee.
The Champion can also decide to defend the title in trivia competition rather than Promo competition, making it a combination of both other top titles.
The current and first World Champion, Dazzy was presented with the surprise title on the 300th episode.
