The Predictions Championship is a Championship in Max Wrestling, contested over during every WWE and AEW pay-per-view. The person(s) with the most correct predictions is the winner. The first Champion Chad James became Champion during Money In The Bank 2020, and is also credited for suggesting the Championship several months prior.

A champion only loses the title if they do not predict the next event or lose the event, anyone who ties with the current Champion with most correct predictions at an event becomes co-champion.
