Podcast Promo Rumble is the annual Max Wrestling Podcast special which takes place in January, the weekend of the WWE's Royal Rumble.

This was the first special to receive its own name of the annual five specials beginning in 2016. The Knowledge Championship has changed hands at this event twice. In 2017, Mike Larkin defeated Kinny Killa. In 2018, Kinny Killa returned the favour and regained from Larkin, ending his 364-day reign. In 2019, Kinny Killa renewed his rivalry with Larkin in his first appearance after seven months, but was unsuccessful in challenging the Champion. As most of the year is filled with tournaments, Podcast Promo Rumble is the only event where the Promo Champion may choose their own challenger.

In 2021, Podcast Promo Rumble 6 was the 30th Max Wrestling special.
