Promo Series 3: Lethal Games was the nineteenth Max Wrestling Podcast special, and third under the Promo Series chronology, it was also the 192nd episode of Max Wrestling Podcast. Larkin successfully defended the Knowledge Championship against Moses Marquez on Smart Mark Radio on November 12. The match was on Promo Series 3 pre-show as part of the Winner Stays On challenge. This marked the first time the title was defended outside of Max Wrestling.

This special featured the final of the Promo Climax tournament, which determined the new undisputed Max Wrestling Promo Champion - the previous version of this title was discontinued in 2015 with second and final Champion, Evan Makeba - that version was also established in November, so this marked it's 3rd anniversary.
