The event was hosted by Dazzy Dangerously and featured regulars The B****** and Mike Larkin, plus special guests Emir Costello, Moses Marquez and Travis Anderson. The Demoness and The Shape were also featured.

This event took place on the week of WrestleMania 36 and featured loose predictions for the event due to the coronavirus restrictions to its production. Both the Knowledge and Promo Championships were defended, as The Demoness became the first female to win a Max Wrestling championship. The first Promo League launched following this event. As it turned out, this would be the last event with a theme song as the team decided to avoid using copyrighted music going forward.

The Iron Bank Challenge took place on March 30th, 2020, where Larkin became the first triple-crown winner by winning the Iron Bank Contract.
